Client Relations Manager:
Summary: Sells construction services to businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales contacts, from information derived from professional relationships, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
• Uses lists to perform cold calls on prospective customers and reach out to regular customers to solicit projects
• Develops and maintains relationships with database contacts; attends trade shows and store walks with client.
• Liaison between operations, office coordinators, and field staff ensuring all are up to date on job progress.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least 5 years proven outside/inside sales experience
• Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information
• Ability to think outside the box
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Positive, confident, get it done attitude
• Must have strong power of persuasion and leadership skills
Project Manager:
Summary: The overall management of multiple construction projects from award to close-out, in conjunction with the Project Superintendent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Superior organization, communication, negotiating, people skills and an eye for detail are required.
Negotiate with and coordinate with subcontractors for buyout of the project.
Determine and maintain project schedule.
Complete progress billings, maintaining project budget. Coordinate with Accounting throughout.
Maintain weekly project status report, and communicate with executives throughout.
Monitor Project Administrator responsibiliies, including purchase orders, notice to owner, notice of commencement, insurance, submittals, distribution, and close-out binders.
Coordinate with Superintendents, and monitor field issues and job costs.
Maintain communication with clients, architects, and construction managers and subs.
Perform routine site visits.
Post PCO’s, CO’s, SUBMOD’s, RFI’s, NTC’s, and Issues Lists.
Reconcile job costs for close-out, process final billing, and distribute close-out binder to client.
Monitor the completion of punch list items.
Maintain client relationships.
